Museum im Kunsthaus

Einmal im Jahr kann das Museum die benachbarten R�umlichkeiten des Kunsthauses f�r eine Sonderausstellung nutzen.

Diese Ausstellungen haben meist einen eher experimentellen Charakter und widmen sich Themen und Bereichen au�erhalb des regul�ren, st�rker regional ausgerichteten Museumsprogramms. Dazu geh�ren etwa junge und zeitgen�ssische Kunst, die sich hervorragend mit der schlichten Architektur des Kunsthauses verbindet, oder Pr�sentationen regionaler Privatsammlungen sowie �berregionaler Kunst.

Die Ausstellungen im Kunsthaus sind f�r ihre �berregionale Ausrichtung bekannt. Das Museum zeigte dort bisher Fotografiesammlungen, Lichtkunst, K�nstlerpublikationen, Graphzine-Art sowie Themen rund um das kulturelle Erbe.

Seit 2012 wird das Kunsthaus gemeinschaftlich von drei Partnern betrieben: der Stadt F�rstenfeldbruck, der Stiftung Annelies und Gerhard Derriks sowie der Gesellschaft zur F�rderung von Kunst und Kultur in F�rstenfeldbruck.

Ziel dieser Kooperation ist die F�rderung der Kultur, insbesondere der bildenden Kunst, bei m�glichst gro�er �ffentlicher Beteiligung. Jeder der drei Partner kann das Kunsthaus j�hrlich f�r etwa vier Monate f�r eigene Ausstellungen nutzen.

Museum in the Kunsthaus

Once a year, the museum has the use of the neighbouring Kunsthaus premises to put on a Special Exhibition.

These exhibitions tend to be of a somewhat experimental nature, covering topics and areas outside the regular, more regionally orientated museum programme. Young and contemporary art for example, which blends in perfectly with the simplicity of the Kunsthaus�architecture, or displays of regional private collections and/or interregional art.

Kunsthaus exhibitions are well known for their interregional orientation and the museum has so far shown collections of photographic works, light art, artists�publications, graphzine art but also topics relating to cultural heritage.

Since 2012, the Kunsthaus has been run and used by three cooperating partners, namely the town of F�rstenfeldbruck, the foundation of Annelies and Gerhard Derriks and the F�rstenfeldbruck Society for the Promotion of Art and Culture.

The cooperation thus aims at promoting culture, in particular the fine arts with a maximum amount of public engagement. Each of the partners may exhibit in the Kunsthaus for about four months a year.
